
Preliminary work
Based on the information provided by our clients, we carry out a free assessment of their risks and prepare a detailed audit report of their insurance portfolio, in order to analyse whether each policy truly matches their actual needs. We then present our Integrated Insurance Programme Proposal.
Ongoing maintenance services
At least once a year, coinciding with policy renewal, we review and update all risks managed through Sercover: coverage, insured capital, premiums paid, and insurance companies, with the aim of continuously aligning our clients’ insurance needs with their current situation.
We manage claims for any incident, notifying the insurance company and following up the entire process, providing assistance and advice in all procedures with the insurer, in order to achieve a fast and fair compensation in accordance with the agreed coverage.
We also handle any queries regarding coverage, guarantees, benefits, or any other technical clarification related to the management of risks insured through Sercover.
