Insurance brokerage for architects

Independence.

This is the defining and exclusive characteristic of Insurance Brokers. Insurance Brokers DO NOT maintain contractual relationships or ties with Insurance Companies that could compromise our independence in any way. This guarantees our TOTAL INDEPENDENCE and TOTAL IMPARTIALITY when selecting the options we consider most suitable for our clients’ needs. Our activity is not conditioned by exclusive agreements with specific insurers, nor limited by their interests or affected by production commitments. From the very beginning, our clients benefit from this independence, both when arranging insurance policies and when managing and processing claims. Insurance Brokers always work in the best interests of their clients.

Wide range of options: one broker, all insurance companies.

Insurance Brokers can offer products from any Insurance Company operating in the market. This ensures our clients have free access to any insurance product available, allowing them to choose the one that best fits their needs while also benefiting from the best prices and coverage thanks to the negotiation services we provide with insurers.

Service at no cost to our clients.

Insurance Brokers receive their income from Insurance Companies, generally through commissions on the policies arranged through our mediation, which means no additional cost for our clients. Moreover, insurance premiums obtained through brokers are often indirectly more competitive, thanks to our market research and negotiation work.

Security: a permanently supervised and regulated activity.

All Insurance Brokers and Brokerages are registered in the Special Administrative Register of Insurance Mediators of the Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds (DGSFP) and are subject to its ongoing supervision and inspection. The DGSFP directly oversees all Insurance Broker activities, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and periodically reviewing financial and accounting information. This includes verifying financial solvency, checking the validity of professional liability insurance and ensuring compliance with mandatory training programs. This continuous oversight by the DGSFP provides an additional guarantee of security for our clients.

Personalized advice: objective analysis.

An exclusive and unique feature of Insurance Brokers is Objective Analysis. Before arranging insurance coverage, brokers are legally required to provide clients with sufficiently reasoned information regarding the selected insurance options based on professional criteria. Clients have the assurance that brokers will always analyze at least three different offers before recommending the policy best suited to their needs, and we are able to justify this analysis whenever requested.

Efficient management and after-sales service.

One of the core functions of Insurance Brokers is to provide continuous assistance to clients throughout the entire life of the contract. We assist our clients with the management and execution of contracts, both initially and during future renewals, ensuring policies continue to meet their needs and monitoring insurers’ compliance with contractual obligations.

In addition, one of the most valued services we provide is assisting clients with claim management procedures. Brokers streamline processes, provide the necessary technical arguments and work to accelerate compensation payments. In many cases, clients are unaware of the extensive efforts we undertake with insurance companies to achieve a satisfactory resolution of claims. This commitment is naturally assumed by brokers as part of our professional duty. It is precisely during claims situations when Insurance Brokers are closest to their clients.

Personal and human approach.

In a world increasingly dominated by impersonal automated systems and internet platforms, Insurance Brokers continue to offer personalized service. Unlike direct sales channels, brokers provide the proximity and trust that allow clients to express their needs in a calm and confident environment. Even in larger brokerages, maintaining personal relationships with each client remains one of our top priorities.

We represent our clients before insurance companies.

Another essential role of Insurance Brokers is representing and defending our clients’ interests before insurance companies. The law grants us full authority to negotiate with insurers on behalf of our clients regarding all matters related to their insurance contracts. This representative role is so significant that any communication sent by brokers to an Insurance Company on behalf of a client has the same legal effect as if it had been sent directly by the client themselves, except in cases involving the signing, modification or cancellation of an insurance contract.
